Your tasks will include:
Run experiments that matter- Execute synthesis, deposition, and device fabrication with care and consistency
- Perform electrochemical measurements where small mistakes have large consequences
- Understand not just how to run an experiment, but why it’s run that way
- Operate automated lab equipment and digital experiment systems
- Ensure data is recorded accurately and completely
- Spot issues early and speak up when something doesn’t look right
- Maintain order, safety, and readiness in a fast-moving lab environment
- Take ownership of tools, materials, and workflows
- Help improve how experiments are run as throughput increases
- Learn new experimental techniques and technologies
- Gain exposure to automation, AI-driven discovery, and product development
- Develop into a more senior technical role as the platform evolves
