As our Business Development Manager, you will work with our VP of Commercial and Co-Founders with a focus on operationalizing commercial efforts to deliver impact and value. You'll be the connection between our customers and internal teams, to develop new projects from scope to final agreement, to keep these projects moving and the expectations aligned, address challenges, develop new opportunities and focus on delivering overall success.

As our Business Development Manager, you will work with our VP of Commercial and Co-Founders with a focus on operationalizing commercial efforts to deliver impact and value. You'll be the connection between our customers and internal teams, to develop new projects from scope to final agreement, to keep these projects moving and the expectations aligned, address challenges, develop new opportunities and focus on delivering overall success.
Yours tasks will include:
- Drive strategic sales efforts: work with the VP of Commercial to research, and develop key commercial opportunities.
- Develop internal visibility: Track pipeline movement, maintain a high quality CRM overview, and own all relevant reporting on commercial progress.
- Refine processes: Help build and improve internal BD workflows, templates, and documentation to scale repeatable success.
- Own the post-deal process: Support onboarding and early-stage execution of new commercial partnerships.
- Manage client relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for our commercial partners to strengthen trust and momentum.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery: Work closely with tech and operations teams to ensure timely, aligned execution on partner commitments.
- Unlock growth opportunities: Spot signals for upsells, expansions, or new strategic angles within existing accounts as well as with new contacts.
